In-House Training Program
This offers a very effective and efficient way of improving workforce skills. Customized suit of general and specialized trainings and assessments has been introduced for this purpose.
Training program and evaluation is designed not to conflict with work schedule , rather to optimise it.
An hourly period daily, has been allotted for training. Implying we’ll be having a 20hours monthly and 60hours quarterly period for training.
In consideration to workloads, a minimum of 15hours monthly and a minimum of 45hours quarterly period will suffice to ensure all staff give priority to personal development.
